營運經理 Operations Manager

1.Responsible for overall operational planning and management of Wind Turbine Installation Vessels (WTIV).
負責風機安裝船（WTIV）之整體營運規劃與管理。

2.Plan vessel scheduling, voyage arrangements, charter execution, and operational performance control.
規劃船舶調度、航程安排、租船合約執行與營運績效控管。

3.Oversee daily vessel operations, port calls, logistics support, and operational coordination.
統籌船舶日常營運、靠離港作業、後勤補給與作業支援。

4.Coordinate cross-departmental functions (technical, procurement, finance, HSE) to ensure safe and efficient vessel operations.
跨部門協調（技術、採購、財務、環安衛），確保船舶安全、高效營運。

5.Manage vessel operating cost control, budget planning, and performance analysis.
負責船舶營運成本控管、營運預算編列與績效分析。

6.Supervise charter contract performance, maintaining strong relationships with clients, vessel owners, and business partners.
督導船舶租賃合約履約狀況，與客戶、船東及合作夥伴維持良好關係。

7.Plan vessel deployment and operational strategies based on offshore wind project requirements.
因應風場專案需求，規劃船舶部署與營運策略。

8.Assist in establishing and optimizing vessel operations management systems and SOPs.
協助建立與優化船舶營運管理制度與 SOP。
