營運經理 / 營運主管 Operations Manager

1. 負責台灣據點的生產營運管理與營運績效。
2. 與全球採購總監及管理團隊共同制定營運目標與策略，並確保目標達成。
3. 管理及帶領團隊(生產規劃/採購/工程/品保)，建立工作目標並定期追蹤執行成果。
4. 推動跨部門協作，確保訂單、採購、生產及出貨流程順暢運作。
5. 定期檢視營運狀況，提出改善方案，達成準時交付、成本優化及營運效率提升目標。
6. 負責年度預算規劃、執行及績效管理。
7. 協調內外部資源，持續推動流程改善及營運優化專案。
8. 與供應商、客戶及集團利害關係人保持良好溝通，解決營運、商務及相關問題。
9. 負責團隊管理、人才發展及績效評估。

1. Manage overall operations and performance of the Taiwan site.
2. Work with the Global Procurement Director and management team to establish operational goals and strategies.
3. Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve business objectives.(planning/purchasing/QA/process engineering)
4. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth order fulfillment, procurement, production, and shipment processes.
5. Review operational performance regularly and implement corrective actions to achieve on-time delivery, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
6. Develop and manage annual budgets and performance targets.
7. Coordinate resources and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders to resolve operational and business issues.
9. Manage employee performance, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
