The YMCA Youth Cheerleading Coach teaches basic chants, cheers & formations for cheerleading with K-3rd grade boys & girls. Participants will be cheerleading at the Sunday youth flag football games.

• Leads participants in cheerleading activities during youth flag football games using an approach that promotes skill development in support of the YMCA mission and goals.
• Demonstrates proper technique and terminology of sport. Provides effective information and support to participants.
• Builds effective, authentic relationships with participants and parents; helps them connect with each other and the YMCA.
• Follows YMCA policies and procedures. Assures safety of participants by enforcing YMCA game and building guidelines. Responds immediately and appropriately to unexpected situations and emergencies.

Part Time, Season Runs September 13th-October 18th
