YMCA Flag Football Officials officiate youth flag football games for K-3rd Grade boys and girls.

• Officiates flag football games using an approach that promotes skill development in support of the YMCA mission and goals.
• Demonstrates proper technique and terminology of sport. Provides effective information and support to participants.
• Builds effective, authentic relationships with participants, parents and volunteer coaches; helps them connect with each other and the YMCA.
• Follows YMCA policies and procedures. Assures safety of participants by enforcing YMCA game and building guidelines. Responds immediately and appropriately to unexpected situations and emergencies.
