Pastry Commis｜西點廚師

【直屬主管 Report to】
Pastry Chef｜餐廳主廚／點心主廚

【主要職責｜Key Responsibilities】

1. 協助依照配方及標準製作甜點，確保品質、風味與擺盤符合餐廳要求。
Assist in preparing desserts according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality, flavor, and presentation meet the restaurant’s expectations.

2. 在副主廚或資深廚師的指導下，執行日常甜點準備與出餐工作。
Execute daily pastry preparation and service tasks under the guidance of the sous chef or senior pastry team members.

3. 維持工作區清潔與衛生，遵守食品安全與操作規範。
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area in compliance with food safety and operational standards.

4. 適時通報食材使用情況，協助盤點與補料。
Report ingredient usage promptly and assist in inventory checks and replenishment.

5. 樂於學習、接受回饋，積極成長為獨當一面的甜點人員。
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow into an independent pastry professional.

【任職條件｜Requirements】
1. 有在類似餐廳擔任點心廚師或類似職務的經驗者。
Experience as a pastry commis or similar position in a Western restaurant is preferred.
2. 具有著重質量和細節的優秀烹飪技能。
Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
3. 能夠在壓力下和快節奏的環境中工作。
Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. 出色的溝通和團隊合作能力。
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. 願意學習並適應新的技術和程序。
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
6. 具有烹飪學位或同等資格者尤佳。
Culinary degree or equivalent qualification is a plus.
