Young Aspiring Manager (YAM) - Client Care Inbound

Posted 1 view
Discussion

The aim of the Young Aspiring Manager (YAM) Program is to enhance the skills and knowledge of advisors by giving them exposure to the role of a Manager.

Key Features of the YAM Program:

  • EQ Assessment and Feedback.
  • Workshops and training sessions.
  • Mentoring.
  • Acting Opportunities.
  • Formal NQF 5 or NQF 6 qualification through Henley.

To be considered for a YAM opportunity, please make sure:

  • You have passed RE (Regulatory Exam) and Full Qualification (FQ) if you are in a finance giving role.
  • You have no valid Final or Comprehensive Final Written Warning.
  • You need to be in the company (in a role involving full product training) for at least six months.
  • Your performance is acceptable.
  • To note that the number required is in line with staff projections, it is however not a target. So if talent is in abundance, we might appoint more than the required number or on the flip side where we feel aspiring leaders are not ready as yet – we might not make any appointments.

At OUTsurance our value of HUMAN is more than just a poster on the wall. It’s a key part of our culture, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace that reflects the communities we serve. We actively encourage applications from persons with disabilities. In support of our Employment Equity objectives, we strive to create equal opportunities for all and welcome candidates from designated groups who meet the role requirements.

Only existing Hastings Team leaders will be considered
