Young Professional – Sales / Business Development at BairesDev

We are looking for a Sales / Business Development Young Professional to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to kick off your career in a fast-paced, global tech environment, where you'll contribute to business growth initiatives while developing your commercial skills alongside experienced professionals.

What You'll Do:

- Support the identification and outreach of new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients.
- Participate in sales meetings and client interactions, gaining hands-on commercial experience.
- Collaborate with senior team members to research markets, industries, and target accounts.
- Help track and manage sales pipeline activity using CRM tools.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or commercial roles.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
