Youth Basketball Instructor

Duties: Under the supervision of the Athletics Coordinator, the Youth Basketball Instructor is responsible for the following:

Overseeing the Youth Basketball Skills Clinic and Kindergarten League.
Skills Clinic Instructor:
- Responsible for teaching basketball skills classes to 1st – 4th graders.
Kindergarten League Instructor:
- Responsible for teaching basketball fundamentals to kindergarteners and refereeing league games.
Follows all safety procedures that pertain to the duties performed; supports all aspects of the Park District's safety program.
Performs all other duties as required.

Essential Functions: Must be able to be on your feet for multiple consecutive hours, run, jump, and lift up to 45 pounds.
