Youth Basketball Instructor (Proctor)
Duties: Under the supervision of the Assistant Manager - Proctor Recreation Center, the Youth Basketball Instructor is responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the Youth Basketball Skills Clinic and Kindergarten League.
- Skills Clinic Instructor:
- Responsible for teaching basketball skills classes to 1st – 4th graders.
- Kindergarten League Instructor:
- Responsible for teaching basketball fundamentals to kindergarteners and refereeing league games.
- Follows all safety procedures that pertain to the duties performed; supports all aspects of the Park District's safety program.
- Performs all other duties as required.
Essential Functions: Must be able to be on your feet for multiple consecutive hours, run, jump, and lift up to 45 pounds.
