Youth Caregiver

Job Posting:
A family in Wausau, WI is seeking a part-time caregiver to assist provide in-home support for their young adult child with special needs. This role is perfect for someone who is patient, kind, dependable, and genuinely enjoys building meaningful connections.
Pay:
- $17.66/hourly
Schedule:
- Thursday through Saturday and every other Sunday
- Part-time (hours are negotiable)
Tasks:
- Transfers
- Meal prep/Feeding
- Personal Cares
- Mobility
- ADL’s (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc)
- Assist with medications, when needed
- Provide safety and companionship while encouraging activity
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License -or- reliable transportation to and from shifts.
- Prior experience working with individuals with support needs is desired; however not required
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the start of employment.
- Must pass background check.
