Youth Counselor (5404)

Every young person has a story. Some have simply faced more obstacles than others. At Together for Youth, we believe the right relationship, at the right moment, can change the course of a life. That's why we're looking for compassionate, dependable people to join our team as Youth Counselors at our Non-Secure Detention Center. In this role, you'll help create a safe, structured environment where youth are treated with respect, encouraged to take responsibility for their choices, and supported as they begin to see new possibilities for themselves. You'll work alongside a team that believes in accountability, connection, and hope, as well as an organization that invests in you, because we know that when we take care of our people, they're able to do their best work for the youth and families who count on us.
