Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent program and community experience

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative functions in youth programming

· Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and organizing.

· Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

· YMCA approved First Aid, CPR and AED certified (may complete upon hire)

Preferred Qualifications

· Ability to communicate in Spanish, Cantonese, or other languages commonly spoken in the communities served.
