Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Youth Development Enthusiast to join our Learning & Development team. You will deliver impactful, high-quality training programmes that inspire, engage, and equip young people with the skills to thrive. In addition, you will contribute to refining programmes, support the growth of Associate Trainers, and ensure seamless operational delivery in alignment with our Youth Development Framework.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions that foster active participation and meaningful learning in youth development programmes
• Facilitate activities and discussions aligned with the Youth Development Framework to inspire and equip participants with relevant skills
• Contribute field insights to refine and enhance curriculum content, ensuring programmes remain relevant and impactful
• Manage training operations including scheduling trainers, preparing logistics, managing inventory, and compiling impact reports to ensure smooth programme execution
• Maintain focus on quality, learner experience, and operational efficiency throughout programme delivery

• Demonstrate energetic, approachable, and passionate engagement with youth
• Apply strong facilitation and classroom management skills to maintain productive learning environments
• Exhibit willingness to learn, adapt, and experiment with new training approaches
• Collaborate effectively with team members using good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Possess knowledge of Singapore’s education landscape (e.g., MOE system, CCA structures, youth/community service) as an advantage
• Prior experience working with youth is preferred; fresh graduates with the right mindset are welcome
