Youth Development Professional (Boca Raton/Girls Home/Split Shift)
Summary
Provide direct care and supervision for children in a therapeutic group home, implementing behavior management and completing required documentation.
Position Overview:
The Youth Development Professional is responsible for the direct care and supervision of children in the Specialized Therapeutic Group Home Program. In order to maintain consistency and continuity of care, this position will adhere to the established daily schedule of activities; implement the behavior management system; maintain open communication with co-workers and administrators and complete all necessary documentation.
Open Shift: Sunday, Monday 7am-3pm, Friday and Saturday 3pm-11pm (Must be able to work all 4 shifts)

Supervise and guide children while maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

Provide transportation, prepare meals, administer medications, and complete daily shift duties.

Implement behavior management strategies and support treatment goals.

Complete required documentation and maintain accurate program records.

Collaborate with coworkers and treatment team members to ensure continuity of care.

Respond effectively to crisis situations and follow approved intervention procedures.

Must be able to safely participate in physical restraints when required.
