Summary

Supervise and mentor children ages 6–18 in an after-school program, leading activities and fostering a safe, positive environment Monday–Friday afternoons.

No nights and no weekends! Hours : Afterschool till 6pm Monday -Friday. Location is Lincoln Elementary School in Marshfield .

Do you enjoy working with kids, being a role model, and creating fun experiences? As a Program Leader at the Boys & Girls Club, you’ll help lead activities, support our members, and make a positive impact every day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and Inspire – Run games, activities, and programs that are fun, safe, and meaningful.

  • Support Club Members – Build positive relationships and be a mentor for youth ages 6–18.

  • Keep Things Moving – Help with daily club operations like setting up activities, supervising spaces, and keeping things organized.

  • Model Great Behavior – Encourage positive choices and help manage behavior in a respectful, supportive way.

  • Work as a Team – Collaborate with other staff, volunteers, and directors to keep the club running smoothly and make sure everyone feels welcome.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Comfortable leading groups of kids and being a positive role model.

  • Interested in youth development, teaching, coaching, or community work.

  • No experience required — just a willingness to learn, have fun, and support our mission!

What you'll need:
- Prior experience working with children is preferred but not required
- Communicate effectively with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Courteous and professional to all staff, club members, and families.
- Motivate youth and manage behavior problems
- Work with the general public
- Organize and supervise club members in a safe environment
- Must be able to pass a reference check and background check

Summer Camp Counselor experience is really beneficial!
