Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:
- ✅ Must currently reside in the Peoria area.
- ✅ Available to coach at least two seasons (16 weeks).
- ✅ Able to coach weekday mornings 8.30am - 11.30am (Not all weekdays required for hire).
- ✅ Afternoon sessions also available.
- ✅ Ready to start training within 14 days of the interview.

Soccer Shots offers 35–40 minute soccer sessions for kids ages 2–8 at schools, daycares, and parks.
We run programs year-round (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter).

What You’ll Do:
- Coach 2–8 year old's using our curriculum
- Arrive on time
- Set up & break down sessions
- Encourage confidence and character
- Communicate with families and teachers
- Follow safety and attendance protocols
What We’re Looking For:
- Energetic, reliable, and organized
- Valid driver’s license + access to a car
- Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent
