Youth Sports Instructor - T-Ball

Part-time instructor teaching T-ball fundamentals to young children, leading practices and games, and handling scorekeeping and refereeing duties.

Part-time youth sports program instructor - T-Ball
Fall season - weekday practices and Saturday games
Qualifications:
- At least 16 years of age
- Prior experience working with children ages 3 - 5.
- Knowledge of baseball and how to teach each on a very basic level
- Ability to maintain the interests of young children, by thinking ahead and moving quickly during transitions
- High-energy and initiative is a MUST
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate records of various sports programs
- Ability to come up with sports-specific activities and drills
- Will include refereeing and scorekeeping
- Ability to work weekends & evenings
Rate of Pay:
$11.30/hour - commensurate with experience
