Compass Health is seeking a Youth Support Partner to join our Children’s Intensive Services (WISe) team in Monroe!
Our Monroe WISe team is a small, supportive, and mission-driven group committed to helping youth and families in a vibrant, close-knit community—just minutes from Everett and within reach of Seattle, Kirkland, and Woodinville.
Children’s Intensive Outpatient Services (WISe) uses a Wraparound model that emphasizes family voice, natural supports, and strength-based care. Services are provided in homes, schools, and community spaces to help youth stay connected, stable, and out of restrictive environments.

What You’ll Do
-
Work one-on-one with youth as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Use your personal lived experience with behavioral health challenges to support and inspire.

Help youth advocate for their needs, stay engaged in treatment, and build life skills.

Participate in team planning, family meetings, and community-based care.

Maintain flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
What You Bring
-
High School Diploma or equivalent (AA/BA preferred)
-
Age 21+
-
Experience accessing mental health services as a youth.

Completion of Certified Peer Support Specialist training before start.

CPSS or CPSS-T credential in active status.
-
Valid WA Driver’s License, insurance, and reliable vehicle.

Strong communication skills and computer proficiency.
Bonus Skills (Preferred)

Experience as a Peer Counselor

Experience in mental health, medical, or social services
-
Knowledge of child development, parenting techniques, and diverse family systems
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-based environment
