Position Overview
Youth Support Staff provide daily care, supervision, and support to residents while helping maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment. This role focuses on mentorship, relationship-building, and supporting youth in reaching their goals.
Youth Support Staff – Full-Time Swing Shift
Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Build positive relationships and engage with youth in daily activities
- Provide supervision and help maintain a safe, supportive environment
- Support behavioral, emotional, and developmental growth
- Communicate important updates with leadership and care teams
- Collaborate with counseling, education, and case management staff
- Transport residents to appointments or activities as needed
- Participate in required trainings and team meetings
- Model professionalism, healthy boundaries, and positive communication
