Youth Worker (Application Support)

主修科目 ：

- High Diploma or above in Computing, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

知識及技能 ：

- Solid experience in providing technical support in a cloud-based environment.

- Ability to deliver clear and structured step-by-step technical guidance in both written and verbal forms.

- Familiarity with system troubleshooting, user support, and incident handling is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

- Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
