Youth Worker (SEN Support) #Bedok Reservoir

Working hour

• Mondays - Fridays: 9.00 am to 2.00 pm

Key Roles

• Design and deliver structured sessions on Life Skills, Behavioural Skills, and Emotional Regulation.

• Adapt programmes to suit students' developmental needs and profiles.

• Provide group-based and individualised support; build rapport and adjust approaches to student needs.

• Collaborate with SENO, form teachers, and counsellors; attend case discussions and align with IEPs.

• Maintain session records and submit mid-point and end-of-contract progress reports.

• Adhere to child safeguarding policies; escalate welfare concerns promptly to SENO or counsellor.

Requirements

• Must be MOE-registered.

• Minimum Diploma in Youth Work, Social Work, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience working.
