About the Role
iZooto is launching multiple YouTube channels across diverse niches and are looking for a YouTube Organic Growth Specialist who has proven experience in scaling channels organically — not through ads, but through algorithmic mastery, content optimization, and data‑driven experimentation.
You will own the complete growth engine: strategy, SEO, thumbnails, retention optimization, analytics, and compliance with YouTube policies. This is a high‑ownership role for someone who knows how to build and scale channels from 0 → 1mn subscribers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Growth & Strategy
Develop and execute organic growth strategies for multiple YouTube channels
Build content calendars based on search demand, competitor gaps, and trend analysis
Identify high‑potential formats, series, and repeatable content frameworks
Optimize for CTR, retention, watch time, and session duration
2. YouTube SEO & Metadata Optimization
Conduct keyword research using tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Ahrefs, etc.
Optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, and chapters
Suggest H1, H2 and keywords
Implement metadata experiments to improve ranking in Search & Suggested
3. Content Performance & Analytics
Analyze retention graphs, CTR, AVD, RPM, and traffic sources
Run A/B tests on thumbnails and titles
Build weekly performance dashboards and insights
Recommend content pivots based on data
4. Policy, Compliance & Best Practices
Ensure all content complies with YouTube’s latest policies
Stay updated on algorithm changes, monetization rules, and community guidelines
Advise creators and editors on safe, compliant content practices
5. Collaboration & Workflow Management
Work closely with scriptwriters, editors, designers, and creators
Provide briefs for thumbnails, hooks, and storytelling improvements
Suggest publishing schedules across multiple channels
6. Growth Experiments & Innovation
Run experiments on shorts vs long‑form
Test new formats, posting times, and engagement tactics
Identify opportunities for collaborations and cross‑channel growth
Required Experience
5–7 years of hands‑on experience growing YouTube channels organically
Proven track record of scaling channels (share links + growth metrics)
Deep understanding of YouTube algorithm, SEO, retention mechanics, and analytics
Experience working with multiple channels or creators simultaneously
Strong command of YouTube Studio, analytics tools, and optimization frameworks
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset
Excellent understanding of storytelling and audience psychology
Ability to craft high‑CTR titles and thumbnail concepts
Familiarity with YouTube copyright, monetization, and policy guidelines
Ability to work in fast‑paced, multi‑channel environments
Strong communication and documentation skills
