職位: Customer Service Specialist 客服專員(三線客服)
職務概覽:
1. 依據一線客服提交的嚴重投訴進行主管回電
2. 跨部門溝通並優化流程
3. 透過協助用戶處理問題，發掘系統或SOP之不足，與相關部門進行溝通，優化系統、功能及內部流程
4. Feedback及優化一線人員服務品質
5. 確認一線專員之作業內容，適時進行Feedback，以提升一線業務效率及服務品質
招募條件：
1.中文聽說讀寫流利，具母語程度。
2.具基本英文能力，能處理跨部門溝通需求。
3.具高壓環境下獨立及快速處理問題能力。
4.調適能及應變能力佳，邏輯清楚，擅長處理高敏感度或高情緒案件。
5.擅長溝通與紀錄整理，能將口頭溝通轉化為文字資料。
6.具備團隊責任感

2.具備客服主管回電經驗
3.電商平台運作經驗
其他補充：
1. 採遠端工作制，報到後需至辦公室進行約兩週新人訓練
2. 排班制，依照班表休假
3. 輪班時間：週一至週日 / 早班10-19；晚班 12-21
