[遠距] Supply Chain Project Coordinator (外商科技)

・Support Global Commodity Managers (“GCM”) team for quarterly drumbeat cycle for supported commodities.
・Prepare the data prior to the RFQ (Request for Quotation) cycle, going through Part Number for negotiated states, GPN ownership, commodity code mapping, component type, Supplier to Manufacturer mapping, Supplier onboarding status, Planning forecast, and parent BOM (Bill of Materials) status (data steward strategic).
・ Work with GCMs to prepare the RFQs in the tool and resolve any issues related to data or tool problems.
・ Launch RFQs and work with the GCMs and suppliers to resolve any supplier related issues or other problems with the tool or the data.
・ Confirm suppliers are entering responses prior to the deadline.
・ Work with GCMs to track Drumbeat progress dashboard and improve completion. ・ Support GCM data steward strategic initiatives to automate and sustain data cleanliness.
・ Support to triage errors directly to GCM owners for corrective action/ training.
・ Document non-bid or obsolete parts from suppliers and feedback to item master.
・ Validate supplier prices to ensure no outliers and no big delta compared with previous quarters.
・ Reconciliation and checking with GCM on missing prices.
・ Identify and work with support teams to address master data issues in BOM, costs, and lead times.
・ Analyze and resolve bugs reported by cross-functional teams and provide timely solutions.
・ Execute test scripts for UAT regression testing during system upgrades and enhancements on a quarterly basis
