負責國家地區：

• 越南(Vietnam)

主要職責：

• 制定以用戶為核心、數據驅動的行銷運營策略，以達成用戶及收入增長目標；
• 操作數位行銷工具、本地Social media經營、KOL/KOC合作洽談...等；
• 挖掘當地市場趨勢及用戶使用偏好，跨部門協作，落實本地化運營策略；
• 當地的行銷、媒體資源拓展及合作溝通
• 管理相關實習生/外包人員的專案執行進度
• 英文能力佳，額外具備越南文能力優先考慮
• 外籍人士需具備基本中文溝通能力

• Develop user-focused, data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve product objectives;
• Operate digital marketing tools, local social media management, KOL/KOC cooperation negotiation... etc;
• Explore market trends and user preferences, and collaborate with other teams to implement localized marketing initiatives;
• Developing and communicating with local agents;
• Assist in managing the progress of interns and contractors;
• English is excellent, Vietnamese is a plus
• Foreign nationals must have basic proficiency in Chinese communication.
