工作內容
Cloud Security / CNAPP 架構顧問
協助企業客戶進行 AWS、Azure、GCP、多雲與混合雲環境的安全風險評估。
規劃 CSPM、CIEM、CWPP、Kubernetes Security、Container Security、DSPM、AI-SPM 等雲端安全治理架構。
協助客戶建立雲端安全基準、風險分級、修復流程與持續治理機制。
Wiz 平台導入與技術顧問
負責 Wiz Cloud Security / CNAPP 平台導入、設定、整合與最佳實務建議。
協助客戶進行 Cloud Account / Subscription / Project onboarding。
分析 Wiz 所揭露的 Toxic Combination、Attack Path、Misconfiguration、IAM Risk、Vulnerability、Data Exposure 等風險。
協助客戶將 Wiz 發現項目轉化為可執行的改善計畫與管理報告。
大型企業專案交付
參與大型企業 Cloud Security 專案規劃、導入、教育訓練、驗收與持續優化。
與客戶資安、雲端、DevOps、IT、SOC、稽核與管理階層溝通，協助跨部門推動安全治理。
撰寫技術文件、導入報告、風險分析報告、改善建議書與高階簡報。
Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting 支援
支援 Sales 團隊進行客戶需求訪談、技術簡報、POV / POC 規劃與解決方案設計。
依據客戶產業、雲端成熟度與安全痛點，設計合適的 Cloud Security / CNAPP 導入藍圖。
協助建立艾盾資科 Cloud Security 服務方法論與顧問交付標準。
AI SOC 與新興安全領域整合
將 Cloud Security 風險與 MDR / SOC / AI SOC 營運流程結合。
協助設計雲端事件通報、風險追蹤、自動化修復與營運儀表板。
參與 Agentic AI Security、AI-SPM、AI Governance 等新興安全服務發展。
必要條件
具備 3 年以上資訊安全、雲端架構、系統整合、DevOps、資安顧問或相關工作經驗。
熟悉3種主要公有雲平台：AWS、Azure 或 GCP。
理解雲端安全核心議題，例如：
Cloud Misconfiguration
IAM / Privilege Risk
Network Exposure
Vulnerability Management
Container / Kubernetes Security
Data Security / Sensitive Data Exposure
DevSecOps / CI/CD Security
具備良好的客戶溝通、需求訪談、問題分析與技術文件撰寫能力。
能將技術風險轉化為客戶可理解的商業風險、改善建議與執行計畫。
具備英文技術文件閱讀能力，可與原廠技術團隊進行基本溝通。
具備專案交付責任感，能與客戶、業務、技術團隊及原廠協同合作。
