1. NPI Project Material Preparation and Control.
2. NPI Material Status Related Reports.
3. NPI System BOM Structure Design, BTO/CTO BOM Set up and Related ECN Process.
4. NPI Material Status Review with PjM and Customer.
5. NPI Pilot Run Sample Transition Arrangement.
6. NPI Commodity Resource Management.
7. Coordinating and Supervising NPI Material Receiving, Transition and IQC/Warehousing procedures.
8. BOM maintains and procedure control
1). Maintain and update BOM & corresponding mapping between the company and customers.
2). Analyze BOM discrepancies & ensure the accuracy of data mapping tables.
3). Handle PO/WO waiver processes across worldwide sites.
4). Identify & correct system errors; resolve BOM issue operations for production sites.
5). Track weekly CR/RCO progress to enhance communication with customers.
