Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Node.js to build and scale modern web applications. The role involves working across backend and frontend systems to deliver secure, high-performance, and scalable solutions. You will collaborate with product, UX, and platform teams to develop enterprise-grade applications and contribute to end-to-end system design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs (microservices preferred)
- Build responsive frontend applications using React.js and Redux
- Develop Node.js services for BFF, integrations, API gateways, and lightweight microservices
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, SSO, RBAC)
- Optimize application performance (API latency, UI rendering, caching, and database queries)
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Collaborate on system design, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
- Support production issues and troubleshoot across UI, backend, and infrastructure
- Improve observability using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools
Required Skills & Experience
- Backend Strong experience in Java (8 /11/ 17+) and Spring Boot / Spring MVC
- Experience in REST API design, validation, and versioning
- Knowledge of JPA / Hibernate and transaction management
- Strong skills in SQL and databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle)
