• Implement tasks according to all management systems
• Maintain the process SOP documents
• Trouble-shooting & process improvement to increase the production yield
• Conduct the evaluation of new product transfer
• Conduct the evaluation of new raw materials
• Lead the samples ENG trial
• Support Continuous Improvement activities
• 依據公司管理制度執行相關作業。
• 維護與管理製程 SOP 及相關文件。
• 負責製程問題分析、異常排除及改善，提升產品良率與生產品質。
• 執行新產品導入（NPI）評估與驗證。
• 執行新原物料評估及導入作業。
• 主導工程樣品試作（ENG Trial）及製程驗證。
• 配合並推動持續改善（CI）相關專案。
