【Job Description】

• Managing complex display assembly projects in development and series stage with regard to results, costs, deadlines and final approvals.
• Taking responsibility for the Display system, integration and maturity level in terms of product development with appropriate involvement of the specialist departments
• Coordinating the project goals with the stakeholders and deriving specific sub-goals to the project team (e. g. R&D, Sourcing and Supplier Quality)
• Ensuring to be compliant with product development process (PDP) requirements
• Timely recognition and identification of deviations from plan and development of alternative solutions and recommendations, escalation if appropriate

【Minimum Related Working Experience (years and/or related field)】

• 3 years+
• Technical knowledge in the field of displays
• Market knowledge for the display sector and its components
• Team management skills; goal-oriented; analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic

【工作內容】
1.管理複雜的顯示器組裝專案

• 負責開發階段（Development）及量產階段（Series Production）的顯示器組裝專案管理。

確保專案成果、成本、時程及最終核准均能達成既定目標。

2.負責顯示系統整體開發

• 擔任顯示系統（Display System）的主要負責人。
• 管理產品開發過程中的系統整合（Integration）及產品成熟度（Maturity Level）。
• 並與相關專業部門合作，確保開發工作順利推進。

3.跨部門專案協調

• 與專案利害關係人（Stakeholders）協調並定義專案目標。
• 將整體目標拆解為具體子目標，分配給各團隊執行。
• 合作對象包含研發（R&D）、採購（Sourcing）及供應商品質管理（Supplier Quality）等部門。

4.確保符合產品開發流程規範

• 確保所有專案活動皆符合產品開發流程（PDP, Product Development Process）的要求與標準。

5.風險與問題管理

• 及早發現並識別與專案計畫的偏差。
• 制定替代方案及改善建議。
• 必要時向管理層進行問題升級（Escalation），以避免影響專案進度與成果。

• 顯示器(Display)的技術知識
• 顯示產業及其組成部分的市場知識
• 團隊管理能力;目標導向;分析與問題解決能力。
