Responsibilities

• Process development and improvement: Development and implementation of assembly method and improvement/installation
• Development of new project (new models): development schedule management, establishment of new project mass production lines, response to customer audits, and response to quality problems
• Create and manage standard documents (Control Plan, PFMEA, Work Introduction)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Electronics engineering, Automotive engineering
• At least 4 years' of engineering experience
• Engineering fundamental knowledge required
• Understand the development process(APQP)
• Foreign language skills (preferential treatment for English and Chinese speakers)
• Drawing reading ability
• Understanding of automation facilities and utilization of components
• Ability to build Jig equipment (Concept Implementation and Drawing - 2D/3D)
• Experienced in automotive parts production technology.
• Experienced in new projects, automotive facilities, and motion analysis.
• 2D or 3D design program capable
