We are seeking a proactive IT Engineer to oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, and digital transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining reliable IT services, supporting business applications, enhancing information security compliance, and collaborating with global teams to drive technology improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & System Operations

• Administer and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, firewalls, end-user devices, and related systems.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Support business-critical applications, including ERP platforms and related integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, system, and network issues in a timely manner.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls aligned with corporate security standards and industry best practices.
• Manage identity and access management processes, including Active Directory and user permission governance.
• Perform security monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and incident response activities.
• Support compliance initiatives such as ISO 27001, TISAX, and internal security audits.

IT Service & End-User Support

• Deliver technical support for hardware, software, and business applications.
• Provide end-user training on IT systems, cybersecurity awareness, and operational best practices.
• Enhance IT service quality and user experience through continuous improvement initiatives.

Project & Digital Transformation

• Participate in ERP implementation, system migration, and application integration projects.
• Coordinate with regional and global IT teams on infrastructure upgrades and technology initiatives.
• Support digitalization programs, process automation, and AI-enabled business solutions.

Asset Management & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and inventory.
• Develop and update IT operational procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge base materials.
• Ensure documentation readiness for audits and regulatory reviews.

Qualifications
Education

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Information Management, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with web server deployment, administration, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of firewall administration and network security practices.
• Experience supporting ERP systems and business applications.
• Exposure to SAP implementation, administration, or end-user support is highly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure cloud services.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements.
• TOEIC score of 500 or above is preferred.
