【工作內容 Job Responsibilities】

作為植健身教練，你將：
As a Trainer at FIT PLANT GYM, you will:

• 依據會員目標與身體狀況，設計並執行個人化訓練課程

Design and deliver personalized training programs based on members’ goals and physical conditions

• 提供安全、有效的訓練指導與動作修正

Provide safe, effective coaching with proper movement corrections

• 持續追蹤會員訓練成果，協助建立穩定運動習慣

Track training progress and support members in developing consistent exercise habits

• 推廣運動科學與健康生活理念，協助會員身心成長

Promote exercise science and healthy lifestyle principles

• 維護器材區安全並協助公共空間整潔，展現專業品牌形象

Maintain equipment safety and assist in keeping shared areas clean and professional
