工作內容：
1.提供完整外場服務，並協助帶領外場同事
2.協助新人指導與現場服務流程安排
3.處理基本顧客服務狀況，回報主管
4.支援主管執行日常外場營運工作
5.依表現培訓為外場領班或主管

Chinese / Western Restaurant Senior Server/Captain (FOH)

Job Duties:
1.Provide full front-of-house service and assist in leading the service team
2.Guide new staff and help manage daily service flow
3.Handle basic customer situations and report to supervisors
4.Support supervisors with daily front-of-house operations
5.Receive training for future team leader or supervisor roles
