本實驗室誠徵生物科技、分子生物成像、遺傳學及生物物理學等相關領域之應徵者，須能協助研究實驗進行並積極學習。實驗室將提供完整之新進人員訓練與技術指導。

【工作內容】
1. 協助進行分子生物、細胞培養與顯微鏡相關實驗
2. 實驗數據整理與成果報告撰寫
3. 文獻查找、閱讀與整理
4. 實驗室儀器與耗材管理
本實驗室致力於開發奈米生物與DNA影像技術，用於解析癌症及生命現象，並延伸至診斷與治療之未來應用。

We are seeking candidates with backgrounds in biotechnology, molecular bioimaging, genetics, biophysics, or related fields, who are willing to assist in research experiments and demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn. Comprehensive onboarding training and technical mentorship will be provided to all new members.

【Responsibilities】
1. Assist in conducting experiments in molecular biology, cell culture, and microscopy
2. Organize experimental data and prepare research outcome reports
3. Search, read, and summarize scientific literature
4. Manage laboratory instruments and consumables

Our laboratory is dedicated to developing bionanotechnology and DNA imaging technologies to elucidate cancer biology and fundamental life processes, with future extensions toward diagnostic and therapeutic applications.

【Compensation & Benefits】
Position is offered on a contract basis, with renewal and salary adjustments evaluated based on performance and research outcomes; annual bonus provided. Working hours and leave are implemented in accordance with government regulations, with labor insurance, national health insurance, and labor pension contributions made in compliance with applicable laws. Salary is determined according to Academia Sinica's standard scale for Bachelor's/Master's-level research assistants, with a starting salary of NT$44,000 plus supplements based on academic background, experience, and qualifications.
