本實驗室誠徵具獨立研究能力之研究助理，能直接參與並推動研究專案。具研究經驗、傑出表現或特殊貢獻者尤佳。

【工作內容】
1. 獨立設計並執行分子生物、細胞培養與顯微鏡相關研究計畫，具研究問題規劃與實驗設計能力
2. 負責研究專案之結果分析、整合與進度管理，並定期向PI報告研究進展與成果
3. 進行文獻整合與科學分析，能提出研究假說並建立分析架構
4. 負責實驗室儀器管理及研究資源調度與維護
本實驗室致力於開發奈米生物與DNA影像技術，用於解析癌症及生命現象，並延伸至診斷與治療之未來應用。

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant with the ability to conduct independent research, directly contribute to, and drive ongoing research projects. Candidates with prior research experience, outstanding performance, or notable contributions are strongly encouraged to apply.

【Responsibilities】
1. Independently design and execute research projects in molecular biology, cell culture, and microscopy, with demonstrated ability in research question formulation and experimental design.
2. Analyze and integrate research results, manage project progress, and report research updates and outcomes to the PI on a regular basis.
3. Conduct literature reviews and scientific analysis, propose research hypotheses, and establish analytical frameworks.
4. Manage laboratory instruments and oversee the allocation and maintenance of research resources.
Our laboratory is dedicated to developing bionanotechnology and DNA imaging technologies to elucidate cancer biology and fundamental life processes, with future extensions toward diagnostic and therapeutic applications.

【Compensation & Benefits】
Position is offered on a contract basis, with renewal and salary adjustments evaluated based on performance and research outcomes; annual bonus provided. Working hours and leave are implemented in accordance with government regulations, with labor insurance, national health insurance, and labor pension contributions made in compliance with applicable laws. Salary is determined according to Academia Sinica's standard scale for Bachelor’s/Master’s-level research assistants, with a starting salary of NT$50,000 plus supplements based on academic background, experience, and qualifications.
