1.Perform protein purification (mAb or recombinant protein) in the downstream process development, including column packing, buffer preparation, purification, and UF/DF processes. Need to familiarize with the purification system: AKTA go, pure, Avant, Pilot, etc.
2.Scaling up and optimizing downstream processes to meet the requirements for technique transferring to GMP manufacture.
3.Pilot-scale purification for development and toxicity studies.
4.Having continuous purification & high-throughput experience are plus.
5.Familiar with the purification process development by DoE.
