【工作內容】
1. Source, screen, and select candidates for a wide range of engineering, manufacturing, operations,
and technical roles using diverse and innovative recruitment channels (job boards, social media,
job fairs, employee referrals, etc.).
2. Build and maintain relationships with vocational schools, universities, training centers, and other
relevant institutions to support proactive and high-volume hiring
3. Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks; ensure job advertisements are clear,
compelling, and compliant with company standards and local labor regulations
4. Manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and legal
standards as well as with local employment laws and regulations
5. Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and metrics
6. Support and coordinate onboarding activities to ensure smooth and consistent candidate
experience
7. Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders on new hire documentation, orientation, and
onboarding requirements.
8. Support other TA or HR projects as assigned.

【工作班別】
固定週一至週五日班09:00-18:00，固定休六日。

【薪資】
月薪60,000 - 85,000，年薪14個月。
