Responsibility:

Kinko Optical is the one of leader on state of art Augmented and Virtual (ARVR) Technology. You will be work on optics fabrication of ARVR system which include glass or polymer nano-structure fabrication. The job required experience on pre-treatment and post treatment of wafer for Nano-structure on glass or plastic substrate.

Prefer Requirement:

• Experience on wafer cleaning and plasma treatment.
• experience on polymer spin coating on wafer.
• experience on polymer curling process.
• experience on adhesion coating on wafer.
• experience on micro and nano imprinting on wafer.
• experience on thermal or UV polymer curling process.
• experience on UV adhesion bonding on wafer.
• experience on molding and de-molding on micro or nano wafer imprinting.
• experience on polymer property analysis and selection.
• experience on wafer transfer and handling.

Minimum requirement:

• MS. or Ph.D in material science or chemistry.

Kinko Optical 是擴增實境與虛擬實境（ARVR）技術領域的領導者之一。您將參與 ARVR 系統的光學製造工作，包含玻璃或高分子奈米結構的製作。此職位需要具備在玻璃或塑膠基板上進行奈米結構製程的晶圓前處理與後處理經驗。

職務說明:

1.晶圓清洗與plasma treatment。
2.在晶圓上進行polymer spin coating塗佈。
3.樹酯固化（curing）製程。
4.晶圓上黏著塗層處理。
5.晶圓上微米與奈米壓印技術。
6.熱固化或紫外光（UV）高分子固化製程。
7.晶圓上紫外光膠黏著接合。
8.微米或奈米晶圓壓印的成型與脫模技術。
9.Polymer材料性質分析與選擇。
10.晶圓轉移與操作。
