駐廠應用工程師- 中部地區

1. Supervise the site practice to guarantee the refractory products are used in the correct way and thus to achieve the effective function, avoid failures caused by wrong or defective site practice.
2. Implement the trial and test of the new product or project. Give training to the customer operators about products' application.
3. Investigate the product failure, track the site practice, service conditions and product behaviour. Position the problem and suggest the solutions.
4. Regular check the site, foresee and correct the potential problem, feedback the information relates to the products, quality and the market.
5. Support Product manager/Account Manager on business development and product/technology.
6. Monitor technician performance in terms of reduction of unexpected downtime, timely response to customer request etc.

• 協助業務經理收集產品於客戶端使用資訊，並協同提供產品應用/問題解決方案
