竹南科學園區｜資深會計/財會部主任（Senior Accountant / Supervisor）

1.整合並分析多個事業單位的財務數據，提供整體營運績效洞察，支援公司策略規劃。
Analyze financial performance across multiple business units and translate financial data into actionable insights to support business and strategic planning.
2.建立財務模型，進行損益表（P&L）、資產負債表及現金流量預測。
Build and maintain financial models to support P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
3.定期提供進度更新與具洞察力的分析，辨識關鍵行動項目，並協助管理階層進行有效決策。
Deliver regular business updates and financial insights, highlighting key issues and action items to facilitate informed management decisions.
4.透過數據導向分析，提出清楚且可執行的建議，支援戰術層級及高階管理層決策。
Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that inform both tactical initiatives and senior leadership decisions.
5.跨部門團隊密切合作，確保財務策略與業務目標保持一致。
Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial priorities with business objectives and drive business performance.
6.每月財務結果檢討、預算編制、財務預測及差異分析。
Own the monthly financial review process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
7.協助主管交辦事項及各項財務會計專案，包括會計師查核及配合券商資料需求等相關作業。
Support ad hoc financial and accounting projects, including external audits and broker due diligence requests.

Professional Qualifications
1.具備 FP&A（財務規劃與分析）相關經驗，曾接觸工廠營運或生產成本結構者佳。
Hands-on experience in FP&A, preferably with exposure to manufacturing operations and production cost structures.
2.具備會計師事務所相關工作經驗者佳。
Prior experience in an accounting firm is a plus.
