【駐外越南】業務人員

1. 負責海外客戶業務聯繫、訂單管理及交期追蹤，確保專案順利執行。
Manage overseas customer communication, order processing, and delivery schedule follow-up to ensure smooth project execution.
2. 維護既有客戶關係，定期與客戶溝通需求，建立長期合作夥伴關係。
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understand customer needs, and develop long-term partnerships.
3. 協調越南工廠與台灣總部間之生產、開發及出貨相關事宜。
Coordinate production, product development, and shipment activities between Vietnam facilities and Taiwan headquarters.
4. 追蹤產品開發、生產進度及品質狀況，協助處理客戶需求與異常問題。
Follow up product development, production progress, and quality performance; support customer requests and issue resolution.
5. 負責跨部門溝通協調，整合業務、生產、開發及供應鏈資源。
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, production, development, and supply chain departments.
6. 配合客戶拜訪、海外出差及市場需求，拓展與深化客戶合作。
Support customer visits, overseas business trips, and market development activities to strengthen customer cooperation.
7. 協助海外營運管理及主管交辦事項。
Support overseas operation management and perform other assignments from supervisors.
8. 具紡織、鞋材、服飾輔料或製造業相關經驗者佳。
Candidates with experience in textile, footwear materials, apparel accessories, or manufacturing industries are preferred.
