1. Lead the PM team, covering both NPI and sustaining projects.
2. Take lead projects from RFQ through NPI and MP stages until end of life.
3. Forecast/demand tracking, capacity, material preparation, and resource planning.
4. Manage AVL and ECN monitoring and implementation.
5. Conduct project risk analysis and resolve issues.
6. Drive cost management and cost reduction initiatives.
7. Coordinate with customers on NPI and MP project status as well as shipping plans.
