專案管理經理 (Power PSU/CBU/PSC) Program Management Manager

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Management Manager located in Taiwan Taipei Wugu Site.

Reporting to the Engineering Project Management Team Manager, This PM Opening role involves responsibilities to lead project team members from to complete each project to meet customer's requirement in PSU/CBU/PSC project.

What a typical day looks like:
1. Manage all project design activities, including feasibility studies, from project start until stable production (SP), within the project baselines.
2. Define the scope, budget and schedule baselines for the Design activities, based on approved PRD (product requirements document) and SOW (statement of work).
3. Communicate customer requirements, scope, schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional design teams.
4. Work with the key internal stakeholders to coordinate activities, team and resolve issues in order to hold up the project scope, budget and schedule.
5. Track & manage project design expenses against project budget.
6. Communicate project design status, including financial status, to the customer, and the project management team on a regular basis, and resolve issues as needed. 7. Manage change control for design changes, communicating the impact to customer and management team, developing new project baselines for approved changes, and communicating new baselines to design team.
8. Hold up key stakeholders in technical discussions with the customer.
9. Guide the project in accordance with the Flex Product Life Cycle (FPLC) processes.
10. Participation in management gate reviews to represent design status & risk assessment for the project.

主要工作內容:

• 負責專案設計活動管理，包含可行性評估，確保專案自啟動至穩定量產期間依計畫執行。
• 根據產品需求文件PRD及工作說明書SOW，制定設計範疇、預算及時程規劃。
• 向跨部門研發團隊溝通客戶需求、專案範疇、時程及預算目標。
• 與內部相關團隊協調合作，追蹤專案進度並解決問題，確保專案符合範疇、成本及時程要求。
• 負責專案設計成本管理與預算控制。
• 定期向客戶及專案管理團隊報告專案設計進度及財務狀況，並推動問題改善。
• 管理設計變更流程，評估並溝通變更對時程、預算及專案目標的影響。
• 參與客戶技術討論，協助關鍵利害關係人進行技術溝通與決策。
• 依循 Flex Product Life Cycle（FPLC）流程推動專案執行。
• 參與各階段管理審查，報告設計進度、專案風險及改善計畫。

The experience we're looking to add to our team:
•Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
•A Master's Degree is preferred.
•Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in materials, sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and/or program administration or related experience.
•Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
•Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference to practical situations.
•Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
•Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
•Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
•Demonstrates advanced skills in functional/technical area.

工程相關科系學士以上學歷或具同等工作經驗，碩士學歷尤佳。
5年以上材料、業務、行銷、工程、製造、專案管理或相關領域工作經驗。
具備優秀簡報與溝通能力，能向高階主管、客戶及跨部門團隊清楚說明複雜或具挑戰性的議題。
具備統計分析及數據判讀能力，能將分析結果應用於實際專案管理與決策。
具備良好的問題分析能力，能有效定義問題、蒐集資料、建立事實依據並提出可行方案。
能夠理解並運用技術文件、數據資料及工程圖表進行分析與決策。
具備優秀的專案管理、跨部門協調及客戶關係管理能力。
具備成熟的團隊合作能力、人員或流程管理能力。
具備扎實的專業技術能力，能獨立推動專案執行並達成目標。
