專案管理 Project Management （Welcome Foreigner to Apply）

此職位負責管理與追蹤客戶專案進度，確保客戶新專案及訂單能夠在 ERP 系統（SAP）中正確建立、執行與追蹤。你會需與業務、法規、生產及其他相關部門保持密切合作與溝通，以確保專案順利推進，並符合客戶需求及公司品質標準。此外，你會跟不同領團隊執行及整合各項專案，促進跨部門協作，主動解決專案執行及作業流程相關問題，確保專案目標如期達成並持續提升營運效率。
This role is responsible for managing and monitoring client project progress, ensuring that new client projects and orders are accurately set up, executed, and tracked within the ERP system (SAP). You will work closely with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Production, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution while meeting customers’ requirements and maintaining the highest quality standards. Moreover, you will also be in charge of executing and integrating various projects, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and proactively resolving project execution and operational workflow issues to ensure timely project delivery and continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

1. 負責當區訂單專案進度掌握，確保出貨安排符合客戶要求。
In charge of Regional Order and Project Management, ensure the shipping arrangements meet customers’ needs
a. 與業務、法規、生產端等跨部門溝通協調，確保專案在最高品質下順利交貨。
Facilitate communication and coordination across Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and Production departments to ensure successful, high-quality project delivery.
b. 完整訂單生產流程跟進，從Key單到出貨安排
Monitor end-to-end order production process, from order entry to shipment scheduling
c. 生產產程、內外部溝通協調 Coordinate production schedules and manage internal/external communication
d. 系統操作 : ERP(SAP)、公司內部系統平台
System operations: ERP (SAP) and internal company platforms
e. 客訴跟進 Handle and follow up on customer complaints
f. 收款Manage payment collection

2. 新品開發 Involve in New Product Development
a. 負責專案成本計算，成品估價
Calculate project costs and estimate finished product pricing
b. 參與產品包裝設計、規格制訂
Participate in product packaging design and specification development

3. 指標優化 Performance Optimization
a. 專案成本優化，提升毛利率
Optimize project costs to improve gross margins
b. 成半品庫存管理
Manage inventory for finished goods and semi-finished products
