ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building structure, not just following it.

You will lead cross-functional hardware projects from concept to mass production, working closely with internal teams and manufacturing partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at high quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan and manage projects end-to-end based on timelines and budget constraints
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and budgets
• Break down complex projects into clear phases and actionable steps

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Align teams across ID, ME, EE, sourcing, QA, and operations
• Act as the main communication bridge between HQ and factory partners
• Facilitate meetings, drive decisions, and remove blockers
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders

Resource & Time Management

• Allocate resources effectively across projects
• Monitor progress and adjust plans proactively
• Track key metrics and report project status to management

Risk & Problem Management

• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain visibility on issues and escalate when needed
• Solve problems collaboratively with engineering and manufacturing teams

Quality & Delivery

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Support smooth transition from development to mass production

Continuous Improvement

• Conduct post-project reviews and capture learnings
• Improve processes, tools, and workflows over time

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant project management experience
• 2+ years of project management experience (hardware/NPI is a must).
• Fluent English communication (meetings, documentation, presentations).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with engineering terminology and manufacturing workflows.
