1.Project Planning & Tracking
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action plans. Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or gaps.
2.Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate with R&D, QA, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and other functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
3.Customer Communication
Act as the key communication interface between customers and internal teams. Manage customer requirements, project updates, technical issues, and deliverables.
4.NPI & Mass Production Management
Drive NPI activities including EVT, DVT, PVT, certification, pilot run, and mass production readiness.
5.Risk & Issue Management
Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues, including design, software, material, certification, and production-related challenges.
6.Project Status Reporting
Prepare regular project status reports and communicate project progress, key risks, issues, and action plans to management and customers.
