專案管理專員

At Lungteh, we are developing Maritime Vehicles to safeguard and secure the waters of Taiwan. Our mission is fueled by a passion for creating innovative solutions that address maritime challenges and enhance operational safety.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting project success from tender to delivery. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to successfully deliver systems that perform reliably in dynamic marine environments.

We are looking for individuals that are have a passion for naval operations and want to contribute Taiwan's security.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coordinate and write tenders for new bids.
Survey, evaluate and procure equipment that meet project requirements.
Develop, maintain and track project schedules to ensure they stay within budget and on time.
Conduct proactive risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
Coordinate and communication with clients, design, production managers, supervisors, contractors and suppliers.
Write documentation, test procedures, training material and project deliverables.
Coordinate and oversea harbor and sea trials to demonstrate the capabilities of the supplied systems.
Analyze team operations and implement new work flows to enhance overall effectiveness.

Requirements

BS or MS in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent experience
Experience with System Integration & Project Management
Ability to quickly research and master emerging maritime technologies and autonomous systems.
Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English

主要職責：
1.主導、協調並撰寫新專案投標文件
2.調查、評估並採購符合專案需求的設備
3.規劃、維護並追蹤專案時程，確保專案在預算內並準時完成
4.進行前瞻性的風險評估並制定應變計畫
5.與客戶、設計團隊、生產經理、現場主管、承包商及供應商進行協調與溝通
6.撰寫專案文件、測試程序、教育訓練教材及專案交付成果
7.規劃並督導港內與海上測試（Harbor & Sea Trials），展示所交付系統的能力
8.分析團隊運作流程並導入新的工作流程，以提升整體效率

任職條件：
工程、企業管理學士或碩士學位，或具同等相關工作經
具系統整合（System Integration）與專案管理相關經驗
能快速研究並掌握新興海事科技與自主系統（Autonomous Systems）
具備優秀的中英文（中文與英文）分析能力、書面與口語溝通能力
