1.Manage NPI from engineering to mass production, includes NPI development milestone and schedule, key deliverables and scope change control
2.Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Work closely with R&D, Marketing, sales team and manufacturing to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Ensure effective communication between departments and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track.

3.Issue Resolution and Communication:

• Lead the resolution of operational and technical issues, requiring a strong understanding of the industry and close teamwork.
• Foster a collaborative environment, working directly with different teams to ensure project success.

4.Manufacturing and Sample Tracking:

• Oversee and track manufacturing processes, including wafer and IC production.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and samples, coordinating schedules with various teams.
• Monitor key milestones like sample and wafer packaging days.

**Hands-On Coordination**: This role involves daily tasks such as working directly with teams to track progress and ensure smooth operations.
