1.Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and overall execution for robotic product development.
2.Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams (mechanical, electrical, software, AI) to meet key milestones.
3.Oversee design changes, specification reviews, validation, and quality assurance processes.
4.Coordinate with manufacturing, QA, and procurement to ensure smooth NPI and mass production transitions.
5.Lead project communication, align requirements with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of management tools and workflows.
